About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist located in Salisbury, the Greater Brisbane Area.Ā
You will be responsible for:
Central point of contact for National Key Account customers
General administration of Key Accounts, inclusive but not limited to logging work orders, generating compliance reports and invoicing
Have a systems/IT background and can find yourself around computer systems
Responding to all communications to ensure customer SLAs are met, as well as maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Creating strong relationships with service managers, technicians and key customers to understand their needs and issues
About You
Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
Self MotivatedĀ
Demonstrated experience dealing with clients in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of security and fire-safety solutions would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills ā both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Great time management skills
Strategic thinkerĀ
Ability to understand and analyse customer needs
Ability to work independently and in a team
Understanding of a Service-Related maintenance business would be ideal
