We are looking for a motivated Dairy Cattle Farm Operator to join our team. Job responsibilities

• Run, monitor, and maintain our modern milking systems and dairy equipment.
• Keep a close eye on herd health and behavior to ensure proactive animal care.
• Operate farm machinery safely, perform daily checks, and handle minor repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain precise farm records, including feed inventory, milk yields, and herd data.
• Use computerized farm management software and standard measuring tools.
• Apply basic agricultural science concepts to everyday farming operations.
• Support artificial insemination (AI) programs and assist with fertilizer application.
• Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Strictly follow all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and animal welfare guidelines.

What we are looking for

• Previous hands-on experience and/or Certificate II in Agriculture or above are highly regarded.
• The ability to work just as well on your own as you do in a team.
• Great time management skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• The physical fitness required to handle the active, daily demands of farm life.
