JOB DESCRIPTION

Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading goods, planning delivery routes, conducting basic vehicle checks, and maintaining accurate delivery records.  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain the company’s values by ensuring that interactions with clients are respectful and compassionate.
• Determining delivery locations and selecting the most effective routes.
• Positioning vehicles appropriately for loading and unloading operations. 
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including time logs, mileage, and client acknowledgments.
• Report any required vehicle maintenance or repairs.
• Checking and verifying loading documentation.
• Assisting with loading in order to make sure the items are arranged for convenient delivery and firmly secured to avoid damage.
• Keeping thorough delivery records, including mileage, time logs, and client acknowledgements.
• Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations and infection control protocols especially when transporting sterile or sensitive medical supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Should be able to manage account arrangements and collect payments for deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• AQF Certificate II or III (ANZSCO Skill Level 4) is required.
• 1 year of experience driving 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WORKING HOURS

Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
