About the Role

DemoEx is seeking experienced Demolition and Strip-Out Labourers to join our growing team in Wollongong, NSW. This hands-on role covers a variety of residential and commercial demolition projects. Full-time employment may be offered to suitable candidates after a probation period.

What You'll Be Doing

• Removing fixtures, fittings, and building materials during strip-outs

• Operating demolition tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Sorting and separating waste for recycling and disposal

• Keeping work areas clean and organised

• Following all site safety procedures

• Assisting the broader team with general demolition tasks

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6–12 months of demolition or strip-out experience

• Minimum 1+ years of construction industry experience, with a valid White Card

• Physically fit with solid manual handling skills

• Strong commitment to safety and site protocols

• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

• Current Driver's Licence (essential – applicants without one will not be considered)

• Australian work rights

Highly Regarded (but not essential)

• Asbestos Removal Licence

• Demolition Worker's Ticket

• Working at Heights Ticket

• MR or HR Driver's Licence
