Your active listening skills and approachable manner help patients feel heard and supported, while your ability to collaborate with the team helps keep the day flowing smoothly.
Team Player: You work cohesively with colleagues, valuing each team member's contributions, and are dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for patients through mutual support and teamwork.
Proactive Problem Solver: You are proactive and resourceful, taking initiative to address challenges and improve efficiency. You display a strong ability to anticipate the needs of the dentists and patients, ensuring a smooth and seamless workflow. Work-Life Balance: We love the weekend just as much as you. That means an early finish on Fridays and no weekend work required.
