As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience working in dental

• A Certificate III in Dental Assisting would be highly regarded

• The ability to warmly greet and meet patients, handle incoming and outgoing calls, process accounts and co-manage the appointment book

• The ability to provide chair side assistance and a willingness to assist with sterilization processing, room changeovers and restocking as required

• An energetic approach to keep pace with our passionate team

• A passion for the dental industry and patient care

• Possess high empathy and a patient centric approach

• Be able to handle pressure and multi-task

• A warm friendly personality and build relationships easily

• Open to coaching and adaptable to ensure smooth operations throughout the day

What we offer:

• Casual position working:

  • Monday: 8:30am to 7:15pm

  • Tuesday: 8:30am to 5:45pm

  • Wednesday: 8:30am to 5:45pm

  • Thursday: 8:30am to 5:45pm
