As a result of continued success, we are currently looking for a desktop supervisor to join our growing team.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
- Intermediate Computer skills. 
- Confident and professional phone manner. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Ability to build effective relationships and be empathetic to the needs of the client. 
- Dispute resolution skills 
- Positive attitude and sound work ethic 
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. 

Responsibilities include overseeing repairs from start to finish including but not limited to organising contractors, liaising with customers & clients, ensuring works are completed to a high standard and to required codes.
