dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel and flight catering services across five continents.

We're currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Customer Service Officer to join our Finance team for a 6-month contract.

This role is pivotal as the first point of contact for our customers, where you will be the bridge between the customer, dnata operations, billing, commercial and accounts receivable teams to resolve any disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable inbox and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Log and track customer disputes.
  • Coordinate with relevant dnata teams (operations, billing, commercial) to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Regularly update the dispute tracker and communicate progress.
  • Keep both the customer and AR Officer informed about dispute statuses and resolutions.

To succeed in the role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin (highly desirable)
  • Experience in airport operations.
  • Basic knowledge of FINDNET (or similar systems).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills.
