Salary: $76,000 – $90,000 per annum + Super

Ausop Consulting Pty Ltd Trading as Alpine Care Group, a leading NDIS-registered provider in Western Australia, is seeking dedicated and experienced full-time Aged or Disabled Carer with minimum 1 to 3 years of experience. The annual salary is between $75,000 to $90,000 to join our growing team based in East Victoria Park. 

About the Role:

As an Aged or Disabled Carer, you will support elderly clients and individuals with disabilities to live independently, safely, and with dignity. This includes delivering tailored personal care and community-based assistance in line with their NDIS plans and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal hygiene and grooming support

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication prompts

• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and laundry tasks

• Facilitate participation in social, recreational, and community activities

• Observe and report on changes in client condition and progress

• Uphold client dignity, privacy, and rights at all times

• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and workplace safety

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalent

• 1–3 years of paid, relevant work experience

• Valid First Aid and Manual Handling certificates

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and own vehicle

• Full working rights in Australia
