### Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Café Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our café. In this role, you will support the Café Manager in managing staff, maintaining excellent customer service, optimizing sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for food and beverage service, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Café Manager in overseeing daily café operations

- Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Supervise and support café staff, including baristas, kitchen team, and front-of-house staff

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management

- Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste

- Ensure all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are followed

- Help manage financial aspects such as cash handling, sales tracking, and cost control

- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized café environment

- Support in organizing events, promotions, or seasonal specials as needed

-Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or café industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

- Basic understanding of financials and inventory control

- Food Safety and/or Health & Hygiene Certification (preferred)
