The Role

• Assist in leading day-to-day operations across FOH and BOH
• Inspire and guide team members to deliver high standards and service
• Drive performance, efficiency and positive team morale
• Take responsibility for inventory, stock management and rosters
• Work closely with senior leaders to meet targets and improve the business

What We’re Looking For

• Background in QSR, casual dining or fast food management
• A leader who can motivate and support their team effectively
• Strong operational and communication skills
• Committed to delivering top-level guest experiences
• Comfortable with a rotating roster, including weekends and nights
