The Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team. This role involves preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of products while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.

You’ll be working in a supportive team environment where your skills and creativity will be valued.

What You’ll Do

Bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items.

Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demand.

Monitor ovens, mixers, and equipment to ensure consistent quality.

Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.

Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and reducing waste.

Contribute ideas for new products and seasonal specials.

What We’re Looking For

Previous baking experience (bread, pastry, or cakes).

Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for baking.

Bonus: Certificate III in Baking or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications and Experience:

Food Handling and RSA certificates required

Certificate III in Baking, Diploma in Hospitality Management or related Qualification

Must have 3 Years full-time experience as a Baker

Expected salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per annum plus superannuation
