About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on role that involves construction, renovation, and repair work across residential and commercial properties.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. The position is primarily based on-site across Sydney and surrounding areas.

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Order and select timbers and other materials, and prepare site layouts
• Cut, shape, and assemble timber and materials for construction and repairs
• Carry out structural timber repairs following termite infestations
• Construct, erect, and install outdoor carpentry works including decks, pergolas, and frameworks
• Interpret plans and specifications to identify required materials, measurements, and methods of installation
• Install and fit fixtures such as door and window frames, flooring, and exterior cladding
• Operate hand and power tools safely and competently
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer service
• Collaborate with pest management and construction teams on integrated property projects

Qualification & experience

Skills and Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Carpentry – Certificate III or equivalent 
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Experience in timber repairs, construction, and installations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high workmanship standards
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and job specifications
