Centre Director | DIP or ECT I $100 - $120 plus super

Our client provides long day care in a secure and modern environment where young children are nurtured through their infant, toddler and preschool programs by their exceedingly caring and highly-qualified educators.

They require a Centre Manager to lead their service and ideally someone who has experience in successful A&R outcomes. This service which forms part of a highly reputable group. 

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for ensuring that high quality care and education is provided on and off the floor
• You will ensure the centre is compliant with the EYLF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations
• You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with the Centre's policies and procedures and manage enrolments and waitlists working closely developing collaborative relationships with children, families and the local community
• Overseeing the curriculum
• Strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide education standards of excellence

Essential Criteria:

• A completed Diploma or Bachelors' in Early Childhood Education 
• At least 3 years' experience in a large centre director role
• Valid Working with Children's Check
• Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Proven ability to inspire, lead and support a team of successful educators
• Efficient organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal 
• Full Working Rights (This is a full-time role (Mon - Fri)
