Benefits

Salary - $65,000 to $85000 per Annum + Superannuation

Task & responsibilities

Responsibilities of Chef:

• Plan, prepare, and cook meals in dining or catering establishments.
• Develop menus, estimate costs, and manage food inventory.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Lead kitchen teams, train staff, and demonstrate cooking techniques
• Work in high-pressure environments to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Innovate recipes and ensure organized kitchen operations

Responsibilities of Cook:

• Execute daily meal preparations under guidance.
• Plan, prepare, and cook meals in dining or catering establishments.
• Work in high-pressure environments to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 2 years experience as Chef/Cook
• Diploma or equivalent in related field
• Excellent time management abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven management skills
