Commercial Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, retail outlets, residential complexes, and other commercial premises.
• Vacuum carpets, curtains, and upholstery; dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Remove rubbish and recyclables, empty bins, and replenish restroom and kitchen supplies.
• Strip, re-wax, and polish floors; disinfect bathrooms and laundry fixtures.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment (e.g., heavy-duty vacuums, floor polishers).
• Remove dirt, grease, and residues from walls, ceilings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Good physical fitness and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a small team.
• AQF Certificate I or secondary education (desirable but not mandatory).
• On-the-job training provided for the right candidate.
