The Role: Content Creator Extraordinaire The Hours: 2-3 days per week hybrid You’ll be working closely with our Creative Director, graphic designer, and marketing team to whip up beautiful, on-brand video and photo content that makes people fall in love with Banabae.You'll shoot, edit, post, repeat — across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and beyond. You’ll also help us stay super organized behind the scenes with content planning and ambassador wrangling.If you love capturing dreamy light, know your way around a flatlay, and think in reels transitions...you might be our person.Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like:Brainstorming dreamy shoot ideas with the creative team (coffee in hand, naturally).Planning and executing photoshoots — sometimes in the office, sometimes at the beach, sometimes at your cutest friend's house.Creating beautiful, natural-feeling imagery and videos that feel like Banabae.Editing like a boss — using your go-to Adobe tools or other cool apps.Keeping an eye on trends — if you know what’s hot on TikTok before it hits Insta, we love you already.Managing our content schedule, because organised = unstoppable.Chatting with influencers and ambassadors, lining up sweet collabs and giveaways.Keeping our content libraries neat and tidy (you know, for your own sanity later).What You’ll Need:Solid photography and videography skills, and your own gear/editing software.Confidence editing with Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or your go-to tools.A love for social media (especially Insta and TikTok — you live there).Organisational superpowers and an eye for beautiful details.Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or family brands = a big bonus.A proactive, upbeat energy that fits right in with our small, creative team.Perks and Good Vibes:Super flexible working environment (we get the juggle — most of us are parents too).A creative, collaborative team that values your ideas and growth.Hybrid setup — work in the office, remotely, or on dreamy shoot locations.Grow your portfolio with real, beautiful work — no boring briefs here.Be part of a fun, fast-growing brand that's all about celebrating the magic of family life (with a healthy dose of nostalgia and a whole lotta love).Very generous employee discounts (woo hoo!)
