We are seeking a proactve and highly organised Contract Administrator to provide high-level support and administratve assistance to our Senior Contract Manager and Contracts Team. This is a dynami role that will support the successful planning, administraton, and delivery of both new and existng private contracts across a range of services.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in contract administration and staff management within the commercial cleaning or related service industries.

Key Responsibilities
Prioritse and track tasks to ensure tmely completon and efectve workfow across the
team.
• Assist with the preparaton, drafing, and updatng of pricing and quotatons.
• Support the coordinaton and documentaton for new contract handovers and transitons.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new services.
• Build and maintain strong working relatonships with clients through professional
correspondence and service delivery coordinaton.
• Manage and distribute contract variatons, documentaton, and stakeholder
communicatons.
• Coordinate the accurate and tmely invoicing of services in collaboraton with the Finance
Team.
• Provide responsive support to contract staf, including phone-based assistance and
operatonal resources.
• Monitor shared inboxes and triage requests and queries appropriately.
• Assist in planning and booking audits, site visits, travel, and accommodaton as required.
• Support with employee rostering, shif and leave approvals, and payroll-related queries.
• Contribute to the administraton of company vehicle servicing and other business resources.
• Perform senior-level administratve tasks and other dutes as directed.
