Corporate Services Manager

You’ll be responsible for the strategic and operational management of FAMASO’s cleaning and facilities services division. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, direction, and oversight to ensure all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with corporate objectives.

Task & responsibilities

• Developing and implementing divisional strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Leading Service Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams across multiple service lines.
• Managing budgets, monitoring profitability, and contributing to pricing and tenders.
•  Acting as senior point of contact for client accounts, ensuring service excellence.
• Driving compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
• Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and digital system implementation.
• Preparing performance reports and providing recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualification & experience

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational or corporate services management, ideally within facilities, cleaning, or service industries.
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategic and operational plans.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive compliance, governance, and workforce accountability.
