Our Bradnam’s Windows and Doors Nowra Showroom is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a new member of the Bradnam’s team, you will be joining a large team of customer service and sales professionals who will equip you with all the tools and training required to see you succeed in your role.
About The Role
Bringing your positive energy, the Customer Service Coordinator will partner with a team of Sales Representatives to provide administrative and coordination of building plans interpretation to accurately enter data in the quotation systems. With exceptional knowledge retention skills, you’ll bring the “Bradnam’s Difference” to ensure a timely service is provided to our valued customers.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be provided with the exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest Aluminium Window and Door Companies in Australia.
Customer Service Coordinators will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
Plan take-offs and data entry for customer projectsMaking daily confirmation calls to major accounts and customers ensuring clear communicationScreen confirmation phone callsScreen collation, scheduling and confirmationMaintain high attention to detail across all tasksLearn and adapt to new computer systems and software efficientlyCollaborate effectively with a large team of approximately 30 peopleParticipate in structured training programs with room for career growth within the department and company
Skills & Experience
We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam’s Difference.
You will ideally have previous administration experience in a customer focussed roleBuilding industry codes and quoting systems knowledge is advantageous, however full on the job training will be providedThrive when working in diverse environments, both as part of an inclusive team and independently Self-starter who has a strong willingness to learn and a desire to grow within the industryPositive and flexible to adapt to business needs when priorities shift
To be successful in this role you’ll exhibit a positive, self-motivated attitude and enjoy collaborating with a team to ensure desired commercial outcomes.
