Job Description

• Provide high‑quality cutting, styling, colouring, and chemical services
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend treatments
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current trends, techniques, and products
• Ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming salon environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business

Task & responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts for men, women, and children with scissors, clippers and razors
• shampooing, conditioning, colouring and straigntening hair
• Apply foils, balayage, highlights, and colour corrections
• Advise clients on home‑care routines and product selection
• Manage appointment scheduling and retail sales
• Uphold salon standards for cleanliness, health, and safety

Qualification & experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years’ professional hairdressing experience in a salon environment
• Certificate III (or higher) in Hairdressing or equivalent trade qualification
• Proficiency in contemporary cutting and colouring techniques
• Strong communication, time‑management, and customer‑service skills
