About the Role:
As our Front of House, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients walking into our beautiful showroom. You’ll set the tone for their experience, assist with showroom coordination, and support our styling team to deliver outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism

• Managing appointments and ensuring the showroom runs smoothly

• Supporting the styling team with fittings and client prep and sales

• Assisting with showroom presentation and visual merchandising

• Handling administrative tasks such as stock control and customer follow-ups

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for customer experience and retail

• Is confident, well-presented, and highly organised

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Has previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (luxury or boutique experience is a plus!)
