Full Time Chef Required

We are looking for someone who is creative, organized 

and passionate. 

In order to qualify for the role, you must have the following :

Responsibilities:

- Performing all food preparation and cooking duties

- Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work on weekends. 

- Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards.

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

-Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service

-1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

- Qualifications in commercial cookery- Cert IV or higher

-Flexible availability

- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

-Effective communication skills

-Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budgets

Excellent wages and incentives offered to the successful candidate.

Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 plus super.
