Full-Time Quality Assurance Manager

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Aqua Crew Group’s quality systems. You will ensure our operations comply with regulatory standards, foster customer satisfaction, and support the efficient use of resources across the business.

Task & responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct system reviews and quality audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support staff in identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and workflows.
• Oversee the implementation and certification of quality management systems across the organisation.
• Contribute to the development of objectives, strategies, and plans that drive customer satisfaction and resource efficiency.
• Identify and apply relevant industry standards and regulatory codes to meet organisational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and operating guidelines.
• Collaborate with suppliers in manufacturing environments to ensure goods and services align with specifications.
• Engage with customers to evaluate satisfaction levels and service timeliness.
• Apply statistical methodologies and quality tools to monitor, measure, and control performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations through reports on the effectiveness and suitability of the management system.
• Deliver training sessions and advice to promote quality programs and organisational objectives.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification required. 
• 1–2 years of demonstrated experience in a quality assurance or similar role.
• Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
