Task & responsibilities

• Applying project management frameworks and methodologies to plan, budget, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.
• Examining and analysing current business operations, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Utilising data and workflow modelling techniques to generate accurate and clear technical documentation for system design and implementation.
• Collaborating with end-users to gather, define, and document detailed business requirements.
• Leading the implementation of functional solutions, including the design and execution of test strategies to validate system performance and ensure data integrity.
• Producing detailed functional specifications to guide software development and system configuration.
• Preparing comprehensive user manuals and training resources, and delivering structured training sessions to support user adoption.
• Assessing operational inefficiencies and recommending enhanced business processes, system features, and functional enhancements.

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ICT business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements gathering techniques.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, Visio).
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
