The role:
We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to support the users of technology platforms, including systems, databases, networks, desktops, cyber security and business continuity.

Task & responsibilities
Provide first point of IT support including desktop support from remotely and on-site
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
Ensure our IT systems, procedures and policies are maintained and adhered to at all times
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external users
Support post-go-live configuration and continuous improvement of clinical and operational systems, ensuring alignment with youth mental health workflows and compliance standards.
Ensure ICT compliance by overseeing access controls, security protocols, and adherence to data privacy and governance regulations.
Contribute to strategic planning by helping develop the digital roadmap and driving innovation through system upgrades and digital capability assessments.
Be solutions driven and take ownership in the successful resolution of tickets by performing analysis and troubleshooting
Qualification & experience
Atleast AQF Diploma level qualification in IT
At least 1 year’s relevant experience
Outstanding communication abilities
Excellent organizational skills Demonstrable aptitude in helping others
Up to speed with centre’s best practices
Familiarity with dealing with patients and acting under pressure
