Task & responsibilities

• Conducts in-depth reviews of functional statements, team structures, and project documentation across CAPEX Group’s service divisions to clarify roles, streamline responsibilities, and eliminate redundancies that may impact operational efficiency.
• Designs and implements tailored work measurement programs, leveraging field data and service job samples to establish performance benchmarks and labour standards that reflect the unique demands of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical installations and maintenance.
• Performs comprehensive analyses of workforce deployment, site and facility layouts, operational workflows, and cost structures to identify opportunities for optimizing technician productivity, equipment usage, and service delivery timelines.
• Collaborates with project managers and field supervisors to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies that improve resource allocation, reduce operational bottlenecks, and enhance customer satisfaction across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Continuously monitors and refines operational metrics to ensure CAPEX Group maintains high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in a competitive and evolving service environment.

Qualification & experience

Relevant qualification at the level of a Bachelor's Degree or higher, OR at least 5 years of relevant work experience
