With a focus on engineering and technical excellence, we are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the college’s courses and services.
2. Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination, and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting our programs.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
4. Create content for promotional materials, digital campaigns, brochures, social media, and websites.
5. Plan and manage the college’s digital marketing presence, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
6. Coordinate advertising, public relations, and promotional activities, including education fairs and agent networking.
7. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion.
8. Build relationships with education agents, partners, and media to expand reach and visibility.
9. Assist with branding and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably in the education sector.
3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, and campaign management.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
6. Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics tools, and design platforms is a plus.
