Position is of Marketing Specialist – Clayton College on full time basis, based at Sydney with package of $90,000 + Super + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance Clayton College’s brand presence, student recruitment, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with the management team, admissions, and campus staff to implement marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, with a particular focus on the VET education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to increase student enrolments across all campuses.

Plan and execute targeted digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and events.

Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, presentations, newsletters, website content, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with education agents, industry partners, and other key stakeholders.

Manage the college’s online presence across social platforms and the official website to ensure up-to-date and engaging content.

Coordinate and participate in student recruitment events, expos, and promotional activities.

Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, branding standards, and ethical marketing practices in the VET sector.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role within the VET sector (essential).

Strong knowledge of international student recruitment and education agent networks.

Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
