Task & responsibilities

• Safely operate Multi Combination (MC) trucks across local and regional routes
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required
• Ensure all safety protocols and road regulations are followed at all times
• Represent JBM Logistics in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers and stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics operations

Qualification & experience

• Valid MC (Multi Combination) driver’s license
• Proven experience operating MC trucks (preferably 2+ years)
• Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
• Ability to plan efficient routes and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance
• Ability to manage the physical demands of the role, including loading/unloading goods
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Previous experience in a similar logistics role is an advantage
