Task and Responsibilities not limited to:

• Assisting patients with their personal care and hygiene needs while encouraging their independence.
• Aiding patients in activities that involve physical movement, such as walking, transport, exercise, eating etc.
• Helping patients express their needs and understand others.
• Implement clinical and care interventions delegated by the Registered Nurses, and as documented in the patient's care plan.
• Provide regular updates and feedback regarding patients' conditions and their care needs.
• Assist in the administration of basic treatment and delivery of medications

Benefits

The position offered is full time with salary of $67,000 to $77,000 plus superannuation.

Qualification & experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Minimum certificate III or equivalent of relevant qualification 
• Ability and confidence to follow specialized support plans that meet the support requirements of clients
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and passion.
