Primary Function:
Assist the engineering & production team with coordination of office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Various administrative tasks to support the engineering and production team to deliver project related documentation on time.
- Digital filing of documentation in accordance with the applicable ISO 9001 procedures.
- Assist with several HR related administrative tasks.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new recruits.
- Perform administrative tasks and documentation control in an ISO 9001 environment.
- Assist with preparation of reports, prepare presentations and proposals as assigned.
- Assist with development and improvement of ISO 9001 templates.
- Participate in meetings as required complete with taking minutes and record actions.
- Assist with nurturing a positive and good working environment.
- Resource management (ordering of stationary, office supplies etc.)
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Business Administration, secretarial studies or equivalent completed qualification.
Additional Skills:
- Highly experienced with MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in the English language.
- Good attention to detail and committed to ensure that tasks are followed through and completed efficiently.
- Excellent planning, analytical problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
Experience:
5+ years of proven experience as an office administrator.
