Office Manager – Serviced & Virtual Office Business (Sydney CBD)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our Sydney CBD location. McGrath Executive Suites is a well-established serviced and virtual office provider, supporting over 120 client businesses across physical office suites and virtual office services.

With a dedicated team, we are committed to delivering flexible, professional, and high-quality service to our diverse client base.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administration and operations of the business. The Office Manager will play a key role in supervising and training staff, managing tenant and client services, and ensuring smooth and professional delivery of services across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
  • Supervise and support front office staff, including rostering, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant and client enquiries, including onboarding new tenants, coordinating services, and resolving issues.
  • Manage supplier contracts, office budgets, and petty cash, ensuring expenditure aligns with company policies.
  • Oversee presentation and compliance of office spaces, including OH&S, fire safety, and insurance requirements.
  • Support financial processes including invoicing, debtor management, and expenditure reporting.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising staff and coordinating office operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Knowledge of office financial processes such as budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with serviced office operations is highly regarded.

Salary & Conditions

This is a full-time role based in the Sydney CBD. The salary for this position is $85,000 – $95,000 per annum plus superannuation, based on skills and experience.
