About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Painter to join our team in Wollert, VIC. As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to various structures and surfaces. Your expertise will contribute to the high-quality finishes and aesthetic appeal of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
• Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and consistency.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to cover large areas.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain clean workspaces.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
• Conduct touch-ups and repairs as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a professional painter.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional painter.
• Certificate III in painting and decorating or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with various painting techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for color and design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in painting.
