The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work on a variety of exciting projects and contribute to the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.

Apply various types of paints, varnishes, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.

Operate and maintain a range of painting equipment, including brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

Erect and work safely on scaffolding and ladders when required.

Repair and maintain painted surfaces, addressing issues such as wear and tear.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Work collaboratively with other trades and team members to ensure project completion.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in a commercial or facilities maintenance environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety procedures.

Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., Certificate III in Painting and Decorating).

A valid Australian driver's license.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive annual salary of $75,000 - $80,000 AUD, based on experience.
