Kakatiya Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced RESTAURANT MANGER  to join our team at our restaurant in Hallett Cove, South Australia. Task & responsibilities

1. Planning menus in consultation with chefs Manage and motivate a team of baristas, food service staff and kitchen team, providing coaching and development to drive performance.
2. Oversee inventory management and rostering to optimize staffing and minimize costs.
3. Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety and food hygiene policies and procedures.
4. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
5. Create a staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing.
6. Planning and organizing special functions
7. Ordering food, vegetables, and drink supplies.
8. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations.
9. Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
10. Take reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders 

Qualification & experience

Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar cafe or restaurant manager role

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in food, coffee and customer experience

Certificate III in Hospitality or equivalent preferred

Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience

Proven track record in inventory and financial management, with a focus on driving operational efficiencies

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both customers and colleagues
