We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on leadership role at a busy, customer-focused venue where your ideas, guidance, and teamwork will make a real impact.
With a new venue launching soon in Subiaco and a busy summer season ahead, this is the perfect time to become part of our expanding team. The successful candidate will be flexible and committed, with the ability to manage operations at either or both venues, depending on business requirements.

· Oversee daily operations across service, in our kitchen, and bar, ensuring the venue consistently meets health, safety, legislative and presentation standards.
· Collaborating with our Head Chef to design creative menus and seasonal specials.
· Coordinating and delivering smooth-running events, private functions, and busy service periods.
· Managing supplier relationships, stock ordering, deliveries and budgets efficiently.
· Overseeing stock control, inventory, and financial records to ensure smooth operations.
· Leading and inspiring a dedicated front-of-house team by setting high standards for customer service, while also mentoring, rostering, and motivating staff to perform at their best.
· Training, onboarding, and mentoring new staff to maintain consistency in service and uphold company values.
· Building strong customer relationships and maintaining high guest satisfaction.
· Assisting all departments as and when the business need is required in particular during peak times including reservations, greeting guests, and supporting service front and back of house to ensure seamless operations.
· Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
· A hands-on, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
· Common sense, practical judgment, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
· Open-minded and adaptable, able to work with diverse teams and respond to changing priorities
· Committed to upholding business standards, including consistency in service, presentation, and operational excellence.
· Experience managing budgets, stock levels, and supplier negotiations.
· Highly organised and able to maintain composure in fast-paced environments.
· Well-presented with excellent communication and people skills.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
· A genuine passion for food, service, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
