Task & responsibilities

Conduct staff training to ensure employees are equipped with product knowledge, and compliance awareness.

Supervise store employees, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

Ensure the store operates in compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations.

Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct regular risk assessments.

Qualification & experience

Proven retail management or supervisory experience (tobacco, convenience experience highly desirable).

Strong leadership, people management, and training skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to achieve KPIs and meet sales targets.

Sound knowledge of stock control and merchandising.

Financial acumen with experience in reporting and budgeting.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
