What We’re Looking For: You’re an experienced, proactive Senior Commercial Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You love taking ownership of your portfolio and delivering top-tier service.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years in commercial property management.
- Strong understanding of retail/commercial leases and outgoings.
- Skilled in lease administration and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in property management software (Released/Cirrus8) and MS Office.
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (QLD).
What You’ll Be Doing: - Developing and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Overseeing lease administration (rent reviews, renewals, renegotiations).
- Managing arrears, outgoings, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Conducting inspections and preparing detailed condition reports.
- Coordinating capital works, fit-outs, and make-good projects.
- Liaising with contractors, tenants, and owners to ensure smooth operations.
- Using advanced property management software to ensure seamless communication and reporting.
