Senior Creative Coordinator

Due to growth we are on the hunt for a highly skilled experienced Senior Creative Coordinator with strong creative concept and production experience that has worked within a fast paced e-commerce environment. Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

• Refining and developing brand communications & style guide in collaboration with the business
• Developing concepts for large scale campaigns and shoots. 
• Producing large scale shoots which will include international & domestic travel
• Develop a consistent brand aesthetic and tone of voice across both campaign & in-house creative content 
• Work with the Graphics team to develop on brand aesthetics across all digital channels. 
• Work in collaboration on large-scale events styling 
• Work closely with Buying & Production to develop brand styling across all content creation 
• Must be able to self manage and work on multiple projects at the same time according to business needs 
• Work closely with Buying and Marketing to optimise creative content 
• Self-managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed in a timely manner 
• Developing and maintaining the creative calendar 
• Budget management, making sure we are utilising resources and keeping within agreed project costs & cost saving at all opportunities. 
• Monitoring competitor creatives, industry trends, user experience & creative best practices across the industry. 
• Work in collaboration with departments to meet the ever-evolving needs of the business

Qualification & experience

Requirements: 

• Self-motivated, driven with confidence in their skill set 
• Experience of leading brand creative concepts 
• Strong Production skills with domestic and international contacts 
• Minimum 4 + years experience 
• Working knowledge of Adobe creative suite advantageous but not essential 
• Previous experience in the fashion industry essential
