ABOUT YOUR ROLE

We’re on the lookout for a collaborative and values-driven State Operations Manager to lead our vending operations across NSW and VIC. Whether you're based in Eastern Creek or Moorabbin, this is your opportunity to play a key leadership role in a purpose-led business that values diversity, flexibility, and people-first leadership.

This dynamic leadership position oversees our multi-state Vending Operations Teams. Your focus will be on ensuring our vending stores are clean, replenished, and sales-ready—every day. You’ll help deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strong commercial results while leading and inspiring a high-performing, inclusive team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Leadership & Culture

• Champion a safety-first mindset and drive strategic safety initiatives.
• Build an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can thrive.
• Lead by example—empowering teams through change and building sustainable operations.
• Represent Vending in leadership forums, influencing across all levels of the business.

Customer & Commercial Focus

• Align operational delivery with customer needs and commercial priorities.
• Drive excellence in service, execution, and customer retention—especially across strategic accounts.
• Use data insights to plan, forecast, and continuously improve performance.
• Support commercial growth through smart, efficient servicing models.

Planning & Strategy

• Deliver key milestones within the Vending Optimisation Program.
• Ensure seamless coordination and resource planning across multiple states.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to uplift service quality, compliance, and financial performance.

• Broad experience across supply chain, operations or logistics, ideally with customer-facing exposure.
• Proven ability to drive productivity, service standards, and business value.
• Demonstrated success in developing people, leading high-performing teams, and managing change.
• Excellent commercial and data literacy.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and influencing skills—able to work across all levels.
• Experience working with Owner Driver Contractors and relevant compliance legislation is ideal.
• Confidence, resilience, and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
