ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We’re on the lookout for a collaborative and values-driven State Operations Manager to lead our vending operations across NSW and VIC. Whether you're based in Eastern Creek or Moorabbin, this is your opportunity to play a key leadership role in a purpose-led business that values diversity, flexibility, and people-first leadership.
This dynamic leadership position oversees our multi-state Vending Operations Teams. Your focus will be on ensuring our vending stores are clean, replenished, and sales-ready—every day. You’ll help deliver operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and strong commercial results while leading and inspiring a high-performing, inclusive team.
