Position: Store Manager (Retail)

Location: Red Rooster, Bibra Lake, WA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum

We are looking for a motivated Store Manager (Retail) to lead our team and drive operational and sales excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Organises and controls the operations of the Red Rooster Store
• Manage the team to deliver authentic customer service aligned with company values
• Uphold visual presentation and merchandising standards
• Achieve sales, wage, and shrinkage budgets
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to build capability and engagement
• Oversee operational activities, rostering, and compliance
• Drive sales and motivate your team to achieve KPIs and targets
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for staff and customers
• Manage payroll, banking, and administrative functions efficiently
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve results
• Recruit, train, and implement development plans for team members

Required Skills:

• 1–2 year’s proven experience in hospitality or a similar business environment
• Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the confidence to engage staff and customers
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting sales and operational targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility across weekends and public holidays
