Systems Analyst

Daehn Communication & Electrical Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the analysis, design, and implementation of IT, telecommunications, and electrical systems for our clients. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless integration and operation of both software and hardware solutions across a variety of commercial and residential projects.

Task & responsibilities

• Gather and analyze system requirements from clients and technical teams
• Design and document IT, network, and communication systems
• Assist with system configuration, integration, and testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and reports
• Support project delivery and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in Systems Analytics at least 2 years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the electrical or communications industry is an advantage, but not essential
