The role:

Position title: Truck Driver Position: Full time Remuneration: $77000 - $86000, exclusive of superannuation at the statutory rate Employer.

Samra Transports Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team at our Orange, NSW location. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the efficient operation and delivery of our logistics services.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: • Safely operate and manoeuvre trucks to efficiently load and unload cargo in designated areas. • Transport goods safely and promptly to assigned destinations while adhering to traffic regulations. • Collaborate with dispatchers and fellow drivers to optimize delivery schedules and routes. • Keep detailed and accurate logs of cargo transported, including pickup and delivery locations, dates, and times. • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels, tires, and other essential components to ensure optimal performance. • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in all activities.

Qualifications: • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. • Strong navigation and route planning skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
