You will be responsible for the effective management of all aspects of our accommodation village, ensuring a high standard of service for our guests. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 14 days on, 7 days off roster. Prior experience in remote site management is preferred, however candidates with strong hospitality management and stakeholder engagement skills will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and assist in managing all departments, including Accommodation, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Facilities Maintenance.
Lead and support a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
Work closely with the other managers to oversee staffing, training, and development.
Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety (OHS) standards, company policies, and client expectations.
Assist in managing any stock control and ordering.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
Conduct staff performance reviews and, oversee procedures in line with company policies.
Implement strategies to improve staff engagement and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3-4 years of managerial experience in hospitality, accommodation, or facility management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
Experience with stakeholder and client management in a service-oriented environment.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional administrative and computer and software skills.
Knowledge of compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements within the hospitality industry.
Food safety supervisors license and RSA would be advantageous but not compulsory.
Ability to undergo a police check.
A current Manual Driver’s License.
