WAITPERSON- FULL TIME

We’re looking for passionate and professional waitstaff who love creating memorable dining experiences and want to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in one of Australia’s most beautiful wine regions.

In this role, you’ll:

• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring their expectations are met from the moment they arrive.
• Present menus, offer recommendations, and confidently match dishes with complementary wines and beverages.
• Relay orders to the bar and kitchen, serve food and drinks with style, and open/pour bottles with finesse.
• Clear and reset tables to a high standard, keeping the restaurant looking polished at all times.
• Use our POS system to process payments and finalise bills.
• Share your knowledge of food and wine, engaging with guests and enhancing their overall experience.
