About the Role 
 
As a Diploma or Cert III Educator at Bright Steps Academy Elizabeth East, you will play an important role in launching and building a high-quality early learning environment. You will:

• Create nurturing, engaging learning environments that support each child's development
• Work collaboratively with educators to deliver quality programs aligned with the EYLF
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Support the development of daily routines, room set-up, and learning spaces in a brand new centre
• Contribute to planning, documentation, and reflective practice to meet quality standards
• Maintain safe supervision and promote inclusion, wellbeing, and belonging for every child
• Ensure practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards

What You'll Bring

• Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
• A genuine passion for early learning and supporting children to thrive
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and early childhood best practice
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, positive, and professional approach
• Current Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
• Full Australian working rights
