Bright Futures Early Learning Centre – East Hills, is looking for an amazing Diploma qualified educator to join our fun, supportive and dynamic team. We are a small 33 place family owned and operated early childhood service with a long standing team of educators.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Children's Services

• A fun, bubbly and positive personality

• Current First Aid Certificate, Asthma Certificate, Anaphylaxis Certificate and Working with Children Check

• A strong work ethic and high standard of professionalism

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in an early childhood environment across a number of age groups and service types

• Experienced and confident in providing a developmental program for children aged between 0 and 6 years with incorporation of the EYLF, NQS and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills, including conflict resolution and proven experience as an effective team player

• Good documentation skills

• A love for play based and relationship focused pedagogies

• The ability to create and maintain respectful and collaborative partnerships with both the other educators and families.

• A passion for continuous improvement

• A willingness to learn, critically reflect and think outside the box

• An understanding of Reggio Emilia or RIE based approaches is desirable
