Who we’re looking for?
- Strong knowledge of the NSW Industrial & logistics market, including key players, trends and deal drivers
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently, with strong ownership and accountability
- Proactive in business development, with a track record of building opportunities through relationships and market engagement
- Proven experience in Industrial Investments, with strong client management, communication and negotiation skills
- Relevant qualifications in property, finance or a related field, along with a current real estate licence (NSW) or the ability to obtain one
The role
As Director, Industrial Investments, you will help grow Knight Frank’s Industrial Investments business in NSW by building client relationships, expanding market presence and managing transactions end to end. You will work closely with senior leaders, manage your own pipeline, and play a key role in shaping the business. Based in Sydney CBD, you will support growth in one of the country’s busiest markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Industrial Investment activity across NSW by building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, owners and occupiers to generate new deals
- Lead business development through proactive outreach, networking and market engagement
- Manage transactions end to end, from pitching and origination through to negotiation and completion
- Work closely with internal teams and national colleagues to share insights, win new business and deliver strong client outcomes
