About Your New RoleAs a member of our disability services team, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality care and independence is embedded in the supports provided and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in facilitating innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential. This is a casual role located in Rothwell. In this position, you will support individuals with a disability in a friendly Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals.

About You

• Has experience implementing Care plans and Positive Behavioral Support plans while supporting complex needs
• Experience with health support, mealtime assistance, medication assistance including epilepsy management and diabetes management
• Demonstrated ability to priorities workload and respond to emergent situations
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts and respond to the needs of customers

Requirements

• Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours
• A current Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
• Access to your own vehicle
• Paid Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
